I had booked a double room which was good in size, had all the necessary furniture. The room was clean. Had tea/coffee station in the room.

The room was beside the main road, which is very noisy. The building is an old one, so it only has single glaze windows. The breakfast was not so good. The welcoming culture seems to be missing. Also you have to wait for someone to let you in and out as part of the security process, which was sometimes annoying.

Location and price (breakfast was inclued also....brilliant). I have to say the staff were very helpful and lovely.I would stay there again for that alone.

The Hazelbrook house is a little dated but it was clean and tidy. The beds were a bit squeaky and there was a little bit of noise from the room above us. OverallI I was happy with my stay there and the staff seemed very genuine and polite. Wishing us a safe journey home and seeing did we enjoy our stay.Alot more than you would get from a swanky brand new hotel. I was extremely impressed with them given that I work in a customer focused job.

We were very dissapointed with the hotel we had to pay for the room then it was booked for it was booked for £60 had to pay £79 on arrive web site stated it was close to rds dublin but it was over 30mins walk away. our room was very noisy so bad we did not sleep in morning their was no one to complete to.

we didn't like any thing about the hotel.

The location in near proximity to city centre and luas line. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms comfortabe and clean. Good irish breakfast from 8am. Have stayed here many times for meetings, concerts, shopping and overnight visit to family.

Front rooms can be noisy due to traffic.

    The Breakfast was average.

The pictures of this b&b definitely caught me! This is a very budget B&B and overpriced!! I would classify it as an average Backpackers lodge. The Room carpets were very dirty. The beds were very old and broken bed bases and mattresses. The general room furniture is dated and also badly maintained. Drawers are missing handles. The floor in the bathroom is cracked from side to side. The walls of these rooms are paper thin and you can hear every movement and word from other residents.. and this at 2 am in the morning... On arrival we found the cups and teaspoons were still dirty from the previous occupants. I asked for a change in room bud they could not accommodate us. The 'free' parking is really a marketing gimmick as they make you park in the cramped basement parking which only allows for one vehicle to go in and out at any one stage, hence they ask owners to leave the car keys at reception so that they can park cars as and when required... Which car owner would allow that in his/her right mind?

The staff members (all women, as far as I know) are lovely: friendly and very helpful. The room was large and very quiet, considering it's not far from the city centre). The breakfast room is beautiful, and the food was excellent.

The place looks old and it might use a little refreshing, but the price is fair for its conditions.

    Nice location, Nice bath.

Just having somewhere to sleep and shower.

The window wouldn't stay open so was very stuffy, the luggage rack was broken and my husband had to fix it, having to pay 20euros parking before check in was unexpected.
